Office Refurbishment

This Victorian property, repurposed as a prime office location in central Douglas, needed a full modernisation. In receiving a brief for a clean, simple and modern styling, it was important to keep a stylistic continuity across all office floors and the newly extended top floor apartment.

As an office space, simple and sleek furnishes would promote a comfortable working environment. Select application of colour and texture helped introduce variety and interest to unify the theme throughout the property.

The apartment was designed to inspire the impression of entering a hotel. To create this effect I worked closely with an Isle of Man based lighting consultant to design to create an atmosphere promoting comfort and relaxation. I also worked with a local artist who painted the showpiece mural leading up to the loft bedrooms.
